How do I book an appointment?

Salon appointments can be booked online in a couple of minutes — add your details and your dog’s details, choose a service, date and time, and pay your deposit. For mobile grooming, call or message Kelly on 07534 717184 and we’ll arrange a day that suits you.

Do you offer mobile grooming and salon grooming?

Both. Our fully-equipped mobile salon comes to your door on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and our Rugby town-centre salon on Sheep Street is open Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

What areas do you cover for mobile grooming?

We cover Rugby and the surrounding villages, plus Coventry, Kenilworth, Balsall Common, Meriden, Fillongley, Leamington Spa, Lutterworth, Hinckley and more across Warwickshire and South Leicestershire. There are no call-out fees within our area.

Do you groom nervous or anxious dogs?

Yes — this is exactly what we specialise in. Every appointment is one-to-one and unhurried, in a calm, quiet space with no crowded salon. We take the time your dog needs to feel safe.

Do you groom elderly dogs?

We do. Older dogs are handled gently and patiently, with plenty of breaks, and we work around any health or mobility needs. Please tell us about your dog when you book so we can plan the appointment around them.

How often should my dog be groomed?

Most dogs benefit from a full groom every 6–8 weeks, though this varies by breed and coat. Regular grooming keeps the coat healthy, prevents matting and keeps the cost predictable.

What if my dog is matted?

A little matting is normal and we’ll always work in your dog’s best interest. If your dog is matted and we weren’t made aware beforehand, a small additional charge may apply, as matting takes extra time and care to remove comfortably and humanely.

What should I do before my dog’s appointment?

Give your dog a chance to go to the toilet beforehand, and let us know about any health issues, sensitivities, lumps, or behaviour we should know about. A quick walk before a salon visit can help nervous dogs settle.

Do you require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Salon bookings take a 30% deposit online when you book, and mobile appointments are secured with a £25 deposit. This protects your slot and covers preparation time.
