- Regular grooming (every 6–8 weeks) keeps coats healthy and costs predictable.
- If your dog is matted and we weren’t told beforehand, a small extra charge may apply.
- Salon: 30% deposit, paid online when you book. Mobile: £25 deposit to secure your appointment.

Pricing, deposits & matting
A little matting is normal and we’ll always work in your dog’s best interest. If your dog is matted and we weren’t made aware beforehand, a small additional charge may apply, as matting takes extra time and care to remove comfortably and humanely.
